To start things off, I went on a fun overnight stay to Park City with some of my cousins and sisters. We spent the night eating dinner, chatting in the hot tub, and cramming six of us onto a king size bed for a little movie watching. Okay, the six didn't last long, but four of us did sleep decently well in that bed. The next day was breakfast and some shopping. A quick but fun girls trip. We're all hoping Allison wins another free night at the hotel so we can go back and party again soon!
Next up was a trip to Disneyland! Mya's first time to the happiest place on earth. It was supposed to be a trip for my little sister's fall break with just her and the parents but ended up being my mom, my sisters, and me and Mya for the first couple days, then Jason and Allison joined us for the last couple days. We had so much fun and Mya absolutely loved it! I didn't think she was old enough to really like it, but she loved watching the people and even had fun on a few of the rides. On the second day as we were walking into the park she was squealing and waving her hands in the air. It was so awesome. Everybody around us was pointing at her and laughing at how excited she was. Unfortunately we were too busy planning fast passes and enjoying the Disney experience to take very many pictures but we did take a few on the last day.
The crew (minus Mom).
The Halloween decorations were so fun.
Walking down Main Street.
Getting excited about the characters. Tigger was a definite favorite.
Waiting in line.
It's a Small World was her favorite ride.
She loved all the singing and dancing characters.
Thanks Sarah for letting us tag along on "your trip"! :)
A few days after we got home from California we repacked our bags and headed to Colorado to visit our first niece!

While we were there we hit up their city's Halloween festivities and let Mya test out her cow costume before the real deal.
Pretty cute cow don't you think?
My favorite part was the tail swinging from side to side as she walked.
We really did teach her to say "moo" but it sounded more like, "boo" and has since disappeared from her vocabulary. It really was cute though.
In Grand Junction Mya loved playing with her cousin Mikey
and playing games with Grandma.
We're glad that Jamie and Kevin live close enough for us to have weekend visits. Now we just need to get Tanner and Autumn back on this side of the country. . .
And I think that catches us up for now! Sorry for such a long post.
