Not sure how it happened, but we convinced Jason and my parents to meet up with us to see the temple lights. They weren't exactly dressed for the occasion (Jason in shorts and mom in a skirt) but once their bodies thawed I'm pretty sure they were glad they came. The lights were beautiful, as always, but I'm pretty sure the church is getting a little skimpy on the electrical budget. There were way fewer lights than we've seen in years past. Hopefully they bring back the old ways soon!
