Catching Up - July

Writing all these catch up posts is making me think that we had way too much fun this summer!  If things had been a little bit more boring for us, I might be able to catch up a lot faster!  Luckily July slowed down a little bit for us after we got back from the cruise.  We spent most of the month

playing dress ups,

chillin at the pool,

and going to the park.

Since we were gone for the 4th of July (my favorite holiday!) we tried to make up for it by going to the Bountiful parade.

Mya had a blast.

Even though she couldn't see much of what was going on.

Can someone tell me why nobody throws candy at the parades anymore?  Maybe we just go to the wrong ones, but what fun is a parade if there isn't any candy??  Any suggestions on which parades have the best candy would be appreciated for next year.

We also said goodbye to Spencer and Syd before they moved, but the only pictures I got that night were of Mya hanging out in the mustang with Uncle Todd.

It was a sad night, and we can't wait for the whole Barfuss clan to get back together.
